Conclusion of the agreement
You can place your order via the order page on the webshop. You must complete the entire order form completely and truthfully.
You have 14 days to return your order. (See Shipping & Returns conditions)
At the end of this period, the purchase is definitively concluded and you remain the owner of the purchased product.
Offers and prices
Offers are valid while stocks last. Prices will not be increased unless legal measures give rise to an increase. Skizaak is not bound by its offer if there are incorrect prices in the webshop.
Payment
For an order that needs to be shipped, you must always pay in advance by means of the payment options indicated on the payment page. The order will only be shipped when payment has been made. The order must be paid within 7 days. If the order is not paid within 7 days, it will be cancelled.
Episode
Ski shop ships your order of skis and snowboards with DHL.
This will offer the package twice to your home address / delivery address. If you are unable to receive it, you have 2 weeks to pick up the package at the office indicated by the DHL. Skizaak does its utmost to realize the indicated delivery time, of 2 working days. If an item is no longer available within 30 days, for whatever reason, you will be notified. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge, against refund of the already paid.
You pay shipping costs per order, via DPD you pay an amount within the Netherlands and Belgium that depends on where the products are sent to. For returns, the shipping costs are for your own account. In case of exchange, Skizaak will pay the shipping costs of the item to be sent again.
Annul
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours. You can cancel by e-mail to info@skizaak.nl
Exchanges and Returns
You must meet the following conditions;
– You can only exchange (The Netherlands) and return items (The Netherlands and Belgium) that have been purchased at Skizaak. You can also return the items in store at no extra cost.
– The item must be returned undamaged, unworn, with attached article card and in proper packaging.
– The costs and shipping risk of returning are at the expense of the buyer.
– If your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the purchase can no longer be dissolved and becomes final.
– You can only exchange an item for another size (if in stock). When returning (dissolution purchase of 1 or more items) it will
amount to be returned (excl. Shipping costs) will be transferred to you within 10 days.
– In case of complaints or damage (during transport), you must first contact Skizaak by telephone.
– Unstamped/too short stamped packages will not be accepted by Skizaak, regardless of the reason for the return.
Warranty and liability
1. Ski shop guarantees that the goods to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set and are free of any defects.
2. The under 1. The said warranty applies for a period of 1 year after delivery.
3. Ski shop will provide you with proof of purchase as proof of warranty status.
4. If the goods to be delivered do not meet these guarantees, Skizaak will replace the item within a reasonable period of time after receipt thereof or, if return ring is not reasonably possible, after written notification regarding the defect by you, at Skizaak’s discretion or take care of repair. In the event of replacement, you undertake to return the replaced item to Skizaak and to transfer ownership thereof to Skizaak.
5. The guarantee mentioned herein does not apply if the defect has arisen as a result of injudicious or improper use or if, without written permission from Skizaak, you or third parties have made or tried to make changes to the item or have used it for purposes for which the item is not intended.
6. If the delivered item does not correspond to what was agreed and this non-conformity is a defect within the meaning of the product liability regulation, Skizaak is not liable for the resulting consequential damage. The provisions of these general terms and conditions with regard to warranty do not affect your warranty claims under the law, all with due observance of the provisions of these general terms and conditions and the agreement, including the nature and quality of what has been sold and delivered to you.
8. If the producer of a defective item is liable for consequential damage, Skizaak’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the item, or reimbursement of the purchase price.
9. Without prejudice to the above, Skizaak is not liable if the damage is due to intent and / or gross negligence and / or culpable action, or your injudicious or improper use.
10. The limitations of liability for direct damage included in these terms and conditions do not apply if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Skizaak or its subordinates.
Privacy
Your personal data will be included in the Skizaak customer database. Your data will be used for the assessment, entering into and execution of the supply agreement and managing the resulting customer relationship, including the targeted execution of marketing activities by Skizaak or third parties carefully selected by us, collection of amounts owed, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Skizaak does not provide data to third parties, which puts your privacy at risk. If you no longer wish to receive commercial offers from us, you can confirm this to us by e-mail.

It is forbidden to copy, publish, reproduce or otherwise use text and/or image material without written permission. In case of violation, we will take legal action.

Non-deliverable item
Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that an item is no longer available. Before sending the deliverable items, you will be informed of this, by telephone and e-mail. We hope for your understanding. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Return
If you want to return, you must meet the following conditions;
