Article 2 Validity of these terms and conditions 
1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into by Skizaak Utrecht, established in Utrecht, hereinafter referred to as Skizaak.
2. The assignment or order of the client counts as acceptance of the general terms and conditions of Skizaak.
3. Special provisions deviating from the conditions of Skizaak are only binding if they have been agreed in writing.
4. Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Article 3 Prices
All prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, are printed in euros including VAT excluding shipping costs. A lot of care has been taken in checking our site as well as in our prices. Nevertheless, we have reservations about typing and typesetting errors.

Article 4 Ordering
Orders are processed in order of arrival. It may occasionally happen that an item has been reserved / ordered by someone else at an earlier time while it is still on display on the website. In this case, the customer will be informed of this and the claim to this article will lapse. Any payment made for this item will be refunded or you can order another item if desired. Skizzak cannot be held liable for damage that may result from the non-availability of an item.

Article 5 Cancel order
An order can be cancelled by the customer without giving any reason. If an order has already been shipped by us, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Article 6 Delivery
Delivery takes place within 10 working days after receipt of payment. We strive to deliver the order within 1 working day after receipt of payment.

Article 7 Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons during fourteen working days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
2. During this period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. The customer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
3. The return address is stated on the address sticker of the received package. If you no longer have one, e-mail or call us for the return address. The customer must keep the proof of shipment of the return shipment until Skizaak has given a confirmation of receipt. The PostNL track & trace report serves as proof of delivery.
4. If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs and risk of return will be borne by him at most. Unstamped returns or cash on delivery shipments will not be received by Skizaak.
5. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal.
6. If the consumer wants to exchange an item that has just been sent by us, the consumer owes the shipping costs and any additional costs to Skizaak

Article 8 Shipping
The shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and depend on the weight and size of the packaged item and the chosen shipping method.
It is also possible to pick up items by appointment (Herculesplein 25, 3584AA Utrecht). In that case, the customer does not pay shipping costs. Packages are sent with the DPD parcel post. Shipping costs vary by country.
The package receives a barcode and can be traced via Track &Trace. Parcel post can be delivered to neighbors in your absence. If you do not want this, choose registered parcel post. If you provide an address where several people can be present (such as institutions, companies, shops, offices, student houses, room rental, etc.), DHL can hand over your package to one of the people present there.

Article 9 Payment method
All items must be paid for in advance by the customer. You can pay with iDEAL or transfer the amount yourself, see also the payment system on the website. It is also possible, when you pick up the items, to pay the amount in cash or by pin.

Article 10 Sizes
The size of an item is stated as specified by the manufacturer (as it appears on any label)

Article 11 Images of articles
All images of the article are indicative and therefore no rights can be derived from them. Please note that both a photo and your monitor may show a color difference.

Article 12 Discounted Items
No money will be refunded on items that are discounted.

Article 13 Warranty
Skizaak cannot give a manufacturer’s warranty on the goods due to our way of purchasing, all our products are of course carefully checked before shipment. Ski shop gives manufacturer’s warranty on new products purchased in the store or on the website.

Article 14 Privacy Policy
Skizaak respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will only use this information with your permission. Skizaak will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties that are involved in processing your order.
