Article 2 Applicability

1. These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with Skizaak B.V.
2. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing with Skizaak B.V.
4. All agreements are subject to Dutch law.

Article 3 Prices

1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
2. Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or information are not binding.

Article 4 Orders and Availability

1. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
2. It is possible that an item is no longer available while still displayed on the website. In such case, we will inform the customer and the claim to delivery lapses.
3. Any amounts already paid for unavailable items will be refunded or, at the customer’s choice, applied to an alternative product.

Article 5 Cancellation

1. Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
2. After shipment, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal as described in Article 7.

Article 6 Delivery

1. Delivery takes place after payment has been received.
2. We aim for fast shipping. Stated delivery times are indicative and not binding deadlines.

Article 7 Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal period, starting the day after receipt of the product.
2. Within this period, the consumer must notify us by email of their wish to withdraw from the agreement. After this notice, the consumer has another fourteen days to return the product.
3. The consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and, as far as reasonably possible, return it in original condition with all accessories included.
4. The return address will be provided by email after registration. Always keep the shipping receipt and Track & Trace code.
5. The direct costs and risk of returning the product are borne by the consumer. Unpaid or COD shipments will not be accepted.
6. We will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs as soon as possible, no later than fourteen days after withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or the consumer has provided proof of return shipment.
7. Any depreciation caused by use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product may be charged to the consumer.
8. Discounted items are also covered by the right of withdrawal, except for products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personal in nature.

Article 8 Shipping and Collection

1. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and depend on weight, size, and destination.
2. Parcels are shipped via a parcel service and can be tracked using Track & Trace.
3. Collection by appointment at Herculesplein 25 in Utrecht is possible. No shipping costs apply to collection.

Article 9 Payment

1. Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website or, if available, in cash or by card upon collection.
2. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 10 Sizes

Sizes are displayed as provided by the manufacturer.

Article 11 Images

Images are for illustration purposes only. Colors and details may differ due to lighting or screen display.

Article 12 Warranty and Conformity

1. The customer is entitled to a sound product. In the event of a defect not caused by misuse, we will work together to find a suitable solution such as repair, replacement, or refund, taking into account the nature of the product and its use.
2. Used products are checked in advance. Where manufacturer’s warranty applies to new products, this remains valid. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Article 13 Liability

1. Our liability is limited to the order amount or, if insured, to the amount paid out by the insurer in the specific case.
2. We are not liable for indirect damage such as consequential loss, lost profit, or missed savings, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 14 Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy as published on the website. Please refer to the privacy policy for details on purposes, legal bases, retention periods, and your rights.

Article 15 Changes

Skizaak B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms. The version published on the website at the time of order applies.
