Article 2 Validity of these conditions

1. These conditions apply to all agreements entered into by Skizaak Utrecht, located in Utrecht, hereinafter referred to as Skizaak.
2. The order or purchase of the client counts as acceptance of Skizaak's general terms and conditions.
3. Special provisions deviating from Skizaak's conditions are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
4. Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general conditions relate are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Article 3 Prices

All prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are listed in euros including VAT excluding shipping costs. Much care has been taken in checking our site and our prices. Nevertheless, we reserve the right regarding typographical and printing errors.

Article 4 Ordering

Orders are processed in order of receipt. It may occasionally happen that an item has been reserved/ordered by someone else at an earlier time while it is still visible on the website. In this case, the customer will be informed and any claim to this item expires. Any payment made for this item will be refunded or you can order another item if desired. Skizaak cannot be held liable for damages that may result from an item not being in stock.

Article 5 Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled by the customer without giving reasons. If an order has already been shipped by us, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Article 6 Delivery

Delivery takes place within 10 working days after receipt of payment. We strive to deliver the order within 1 working day after receipt of payment.

Article 7 Right of Withdrawal for Product Delivery

1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for fourteen working days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
2. During this period, the customer will handle the product and packaging carefully. The customer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product. If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
3. The return address is stated on the address label of the received package. If you no longer have this, email or call us for the return address. The customer must keep proof of shipment of the return until Skizaak has confirmed receipt. The PostNL track & trace report serves as proof of delivery.
4. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs and risk of return are at most for their account. Unfranked returns or shipments under cash on delivery are not accepted by Skizaak.
5. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal.
6. If the consumer wants to exchange an item that was correctly sent by us, the consumer owes the shipping costs and any additional price to Skizaak.

Article 8 Shipping

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense and depend on the weight and size of the packaged item and the chosen shipping method.

It is also possible to pick up items by appointment (Herculesplein 25, 3584AA Utrecht). In that case, the customer pays no shipping costs. Packages are sent with DPD parcel post. Shipping costs vary by country.

The package receives a barcode and is trackable via Track&Trace. Parcel post can be delivered to neighbors in your absence. If you do not want this, choose registered parcel post. If you provide an address where multiple people may be present (such as institutions, companies, shops, offices, student houses, room rentals, etc.) DHL can hand over your package to one of the people present there.

Article 9 Payment Method

All items must be paid for in advance by the customer. You can pay with iDEAL or transfer the amount yourself, see also the payment system on the website. It is also possible to pay in cash or by debit card when picking up the items.

Article 10 Sizes

The size of an item is stated as specified by the manufacturer (as it appears on any label).

Article 11 Product Images

All images of the item are indicative and therefore no rights can be derived from them. Please note that both a photo and your screen can display color differences.

Article 12 Discounted Items

No money will be refunded on discounted items.

Article 13 Warranty

Due to our purchasing method, Skizaak cannot provide manufacturer's warranty on goods, though all our products are naturally carefully inspected before shipping. Skizaak provides manufacturer's warranty on new products purchased in store or on the website.

Article 14 Privacy Policy

Skizaak respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. Otherwise, we will only use this data with your consent. Skizaak will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in executing your order.
