Shipping & Returns (Delivery Terms)

Order Agreement

You can place your order via the order page on the webshop. You must complete the entire order form fully and truthfully.

You have 14 days to return your order. (See Shipping & Returns conditions)

After this period, the purchase becomes final and you remain the owner of the purchased product.

Payment

For orders that need to be shipped, you must always pay in advance using the payment options indicated on the payment page. The order will only be shipped once payment has been received. The order must be paid within 7 days. If the order is not paid within 7 days, it will be cancelled.

Delivery

Skizaak ships your order of skis and snowboards with DHL.

They will attempt delivery twice at your home/delivery address. If you are unable to receive it, you have 2 weeks to collect the package at the DHL office indicated. Skizaak does its utmost to realize the indicated delivery time of 2 working days. Should an item no longer be available within 30 days, for whatever reason, you will be notified. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order without costs, with refund of the amount already paid.

You pay shipping costs per order. Via DPD you pay an amount within the Netherlands and Belgium that depends on where the products are shipped to. For returns, shipping costs are at your own expense. For exchanges, Skizaak will cover the shipping costs once for the item to be reshipped.

Exchanges and Returns

You must meet the following conditions:

• You can only exchange (Netherlands) and return (Netherlands and Belgium) items purchased from Skizaak. You can also return items to the store without extra costs.
• The item must be returned undamaged, unworn, with the item tag attached and in proper packaging.
• The costs and shipping risk of returning are at the buyer's expense.
• Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to exchange or return items. After this period, the purchase can no longer be cancelled and becomes final.
• You can only exchange an item for a different size (if available). For returns (cancellation of purchase of 1 or more items), the refund amount (excl. shipping costs) will be transferred to you within 10 days.
• For complaints or damage (during transport), you must first contact Skizaak by phone.
• Unfranked/insufficiently franked packages will not be accepted by Skizaak, regardless of the reason for return.
