Rental
What if something happens to my rental equipment during my ski holiday?
When renting a ski package, we charge €9.95 insurance. This covers damage during normal use. Different conditions apply for theft or gross negligence.
What do you rent out?
We rent complete ski sets (skis, ski boots, ski poles), individual ski boots, ski poles, ski helmets, and ski bags. See our rental page for current prices.
Do I need to pick up the rental equipment myself?
Yes, rental equipment must be picked up and returned at our store at Herculesplein 25 in Utrecht.
Do you also rent roof boxes?
No, we don't rent roof boxes. We focus exclusively on winter sports equipment.
Online Orders
What is the delivery time?
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes an additional 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order. These are calculated at checkout.
Is it possible to pick up the order?
Yes, you can pick up your order for free at our store. Choose 'Pick up in store' at checkout.
Are all online products also available in store?
Yes, all products offered online are also available in our store.
Questions about second-hand skis and boots
Are all products second-hand?
No, we sell both new and second-hand products. Each product clearly indicates whether it's new or used.
Can you adjust the skis?
Yes, we can adjust the bindings to your ski boots. We do this free of charge when purchasing or renting skis.
How old are the second-hand materials?
The age varies, but all second-hand materials are thoroughly checked and can be used for many more seasons.
Do you also sell skis and boots for children?
Yes, we have a wide range of skis and boots for children, both new and second-hand.
Do the skis include bindings?
Most skis are sold including bindings. This is always clearly stated with the product.
What does the radius mean?
The radius indicates the turning circle of the ski. A smaller radius (e.g. 12m) allows shorter turns, a larger radius (e.g. 18m) is better for long turns.
What ski length do I need?
The right ski length depends on your height, weight, level and skiing style. Check our size chart or ask for advice in store.
Waxing & Sharpening
Are the skis waxed and sharpened?
All skis bought or rented from us are waxed and sharpened free of charge.
Do you also sharpen ice skates?
No, we only sharpen skis and snowboards, not ice skates.
